We accept orders via: Email, Phone, Fax & Mail. You may visit the trade shows to place your order or thru one of our Sales Represantative.

Terms:

We accept major Credit Card: Visa, Master & American Express.

Minimum Order:

There is no minimum order, but we require that you order the minimum required quantity on each item (pre-pack). Apparel 4 pcs pre-pack and Shoes/Sandals 12 pcs pre-pack.

Order Acceptance:

If you received an email confirmation does not mean that we accept your order or as a confirmation of your order. 818 Fashion Corp. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any goods in the order. 818 Fashion Corp. reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Shipping:

We ship by UPS Ground only otherwise requested by you.

Orders received before 3:00 PM, will be shipped on the same day, orders received after 3:00 PM will be ship next business day.

Back Order / Discontinue products:

We will notify you immediately for any item in your order thay may be back-ordered. For discontinue item, we will contact you to offers a substitutions or if you choose you may cancel the item from the order.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with our products or the item have a manufacture defects, you may return any items for a full refund within 14 days. Shipping charge is not refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only.

If you received the incorrect item or color we will issue a Return Service Label for a refund or exchange.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, un-worn, free from customer price tag or label.

We will not accept any return for undamaged or non-defective item.

Refunds/Credit:

Returns item will be refunded for a full amount of goods ONLY to your original account only as soon as we get the item from you.

Credit will be applied to your next order.

Please allow 14 days for your refund.
